Q1. Payments

How do I pay for ZMTGSM?

ZMTGSM offers you several easy to use payment options. You name it and we have it!! These include:

1. Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard & Rupay)

2. Net banking (with over 30 banks)

3. Cash on Delivery/ Pay On Delivery (Swipe Machine unavailable)

4. Wallet options from Paytm, Mobikwik, Ola Money Postpaid. We’ll keep adding more as and when available.

5. UPI- BHIM UPI, Paytm UPI & Google Pay.

 

Do I have to pay a shipping charge?

Yes, you have to pay shipping charges under 499rs which is mentioned as shipping charges on order any under 499rs products during order any product all charges are mentioned you will not be charged any extra amount or services.

 

Do not I have to pay shipping charges on orders over 499?

Yes, You do not have to pay any single rupee shipping charge on orders over 499rs, you have to only product cost included Gst charge.

 

Can I buy products on complete COD or POD?

We are sorry ZMTGSM does not allow you to buy complete product cost on payment on delivery or cash on delivery, You have to pay complete as for the product value. you can see during checkout product.

 

Payment Failure (Payment Deducted, But no order confirmation?

In case the amount has been deducted from your account and jaxostore.com has not received the amount, it would reflect back in your account in 2- 4 business days from the payment gateways end. If you have not received the amount in the provided timeframe, we request you to check the order status in case if it is placed. If not, please contact your bank/payment gateway, for further assistance as there might be an issue from your bank’s end. If the payment is received by zmtgsm.com later, we will reverse the amount and you may place a fresh order.  The time frame for the following remain as specified earlier:

Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI – 7-10 business days.
Ola Money Postpaid, Paytm Wallet,  Mobikwik wallet 1-2 business days.

Q2. Shipping and Delivery?


How are items packaged?

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a waterproof plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while easy-care items like light dongle and software boxes are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

And we package our bulky heavy products which come in “Equipment Categories ” with wooden packaging especially the products which over 5kg.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. To date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.


 


How does the delivery process work?
  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.

 

  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

 

  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible

 

  • You receive an SMS on the day when your products are out for delivery

 

  • In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

 

  • Tracking options are also available in the ‘My Orders’ section of your account.

 


What is the estimated delivery time?
After placing an order

If you’ve already placed your order with us, you can check the estimated date of delivery of your shipment by going to My Orders > Select your order > View order details > Track shipment.

Before placing an order:

Please use the Pincode checker on the product page to find out the estimated delivery time for that product. We are pleased to say, 95% of our orders are delivered within 4-6 days from the date of order.


 


Does ZMTGSM ship outside India?

Unfortunately, ZMTGSM not ship outside India at the moment.


 

 


Can I schedule my delivery at a specific time/day?

Unfortunately, we do not provide scheduled deliveries for a particular time slot as our courier partners work between 10 Am to 7 Pm. However, be assured that the Field executives do call you before the delivery is commenced. Our courier partners operate on all business days.


 

 


Why is it saying my order is delivered when it’s not here?

We apologize for the inconvenience. We will escalate it to our courier partner. They will contact you for further investigation and delivery of the order.

Q3. Returns, Replacements and Refunds?

I have received a damaged or defective item wrong product in my order how should I proceed?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse, however, there is a slight possibility that the product could get damaged during shipment. We urge you to make an unboxing video during unboxing the product because might be possible our invention team requires you to submit a video on our return product page. However, if you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via phone (+91-7065 857 553) or email (support@zmtgsm.com) within 7 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order.

Step 3: In this case, we will be responsible to pick up this item from you. In case of a wrong product, we will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us unused and the product should be in the same condition as submit the reason for return

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In the case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. A refund for COD orders will be done only in the bank account via NEFT. It cannot be done in any other mode of payment like Paytm wallet, Coupon code.


 


Unfortunately, our return policy doesn’t cover ‘Not as expected’ cases

We at ZMTGSM take pride in delivering new and sealed products to our customers. We like to believe that we’ve established a level of trust with our customers and would like to serve them with the quality of products that we have.


 


When can I not return my order?
  • After return request, if you overuse product or use for any reason
  • If the request is initiated after 15 days of order delivery
  • If you lost invoice bill
  • If you tell lie with the customer care team or submit a fake request on our return request page
  • If you submit a return request for a damaged product and after you change for other reason
  • And if you forgot to shoot an unboxing video.

Please note: For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. Information regarding this is visible on the promotion banner. For any clarification, Our customer support team will never let go bad with any customer, please feel free to contact our customer care.


 


When will I get my refund?

Prepaid: For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 to 10 business days.

Wallets: If the payment was made using Purplle wallet, Paytm / Mobikwik / Ola Money or any other such wallets, the refund will reflect in your account in 1-2 business days.


 


I have returned an item to ZMTGSM. How long will it take to receive my refund/replacement?

In the case of a return, we process the refund/replacement once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. It takes around 5-7 days for the products to reach our warehouse.


 


Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

How long discount coupon code works?

It’s on us any coupon code can be expired at any time but we let our customer chance to use. use your discount code before expiring.

Q5. Cancellations?

Cancellation when order status is ‘Verification pending’ or ‘Verified

We have made it easy for you to cancel your order if your order status is ‘Verification pending’ or ‘Verified’.

Just visit the ‘My Orders’ page in your account/profile on desktop and mobile website & hit the ‘cancel order’ button.

If you’ve placed a prepaid order the refund will be initiated and will reflect in your account in:-

Net banking / Debit Card / Credit Card – 7 to 10 working days.

Paytm / Mobikwik / Ola Money / FreeCharge or any other wallets – 48 to 72 hours

ZMTGSM wallet – 24 hours


 


Cancellation when order status is ‘shipped

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team via phone (+91 7065857553) or email (support@zmtgsm.com). We will instruct our courier partners to return the shipment to us.

In case of a prepaid order, if a delivery is attempted, do refuse the shipment. Once we receive confirmation from our courier partner of the package being returned, we will initiate the refund which will reflect in your account in 7-10 working days if paid by Net banking / Debit Card / Credit Card. If paid using Paytm / Mobikwik / Ola Money / FreeCharge or any other wallets, it will reflect in your account in 2-3 days.

Q6. Authenticity and Genuineness?

What measures and quality does ZMTGSM take to ensure the quality of ZMTGSM products?

We at ZMTGSM are fully dedicated to our customer’s satisfaction. We assure you that ZMTGSM products are 100% genuine and authentic. We do not accept any grey market products. We buy our inventory only from authorized distributors of the brand or directly from the manufacturers.


 


What measures does ZMTGSM take to ensure the products are not damaged during delivery?

We at ZMTGSM maintain a very high level of quality control and to date, we receive minimal complaints about the quality of our packaging. Furthermore, less than 0.5% of our products we ship in a year are returned to us as damaged. To ensure your products remain undamaged during the shipping process, we package our products in boxes, which are covered in a waterproof plastic layer. Each individual product is then packaged in bubble wrap.


 


What about Warranty and Benefit claims of the Products?

We are at ZMTGSM performed by Zuber Mobile platform with our ZMTGSM website is a retailer manufacturer and as well as a wholesaler we take 100% responsibility of all products which are sell by ZMTGSM if the product damaged we return the product if is in warranty period and if in case of warranty product  is sourcing from another brand then You would need to contact the brand directly in such cases
