Returns & Refunds

Exchange Policy

If your product is eligible for return, you can choose to exchange it for a new item of equal value. Please note that the replacement item will be shipped based on availability


Cancellation Policy

  • After 12 Hours: Once 12 hours have passed, you will no longer be able to cancel your order directly, as the product will be in the process of being dispatched for delivery.
  • Dispatch & Delivery: If the order is already dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, the cancellation option will no longer be available, and you will need to follow the return and refund process after receiving the product.
